Accounting services

Accounting services include keeping legal accounting and business books in accordance with Croatian regulations, as well as the business requirements of clients:


– Depreciation calculation (in accordance with current accounting regulations)

– Keeping books of outgoing and incoming invoices (for the purposes of calculating value added tax)

– Preparation, control and production of prescribed calculations for value added tax (delivery of calculations to the Tax Administration electronically)

– Preparation of annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, income tax return)

– Calculation and preparation of returns for value added tax, profit tax, withholding tax, special taxes, excise duties, etc.

– Preparation and submission of legal reports to state institutions (Tax Administration, HZZO, HZMO, Fina, CNB)

Accounting services

– Establishment and management of financial accounting (diary and general ledger)

– Establishment and management of analytical records (long-term tangible and intangible assets, liabilities and receivables and other prescribed tax records)

– Other bookkeeping services (accounting of all bookkeeping documents, preparation of appropriate journal entries and reconciliation of synthetic and analytical accounts)

Payroll

Calculation of wages and other income is an area of ​​financial and business services that requires a certain degree of precision. Determining an employee’s net salary based on their gross earnings may seem like a simple task at first, but there are many factors that affect its calculation (transfer, bonuses, overtime, restrictions on the payment of social contributions, etc.).

Failures resulting from the calculation of the gross salary are ultimately reflected in the most sensitive area – the area of ​​net wages of workers, therefore it is extremely important to know the rights and obligations related to wages.

The payroll service includes:

– Calculation of monthly salaries, premiums and salary supplements, mandatory contributions, taxes and surcharges, suspension and compensation of wages and refund of these benefits as well as other incomes that have the characteristics of income from independent work (sickness, vacations, etc.)

– Preparation of payrolls and orders (from the remittance order in favor of the employee’s account and the remittance order related to taxes and contributions “from” and “to” the employee’s income)

– Creation and delivery of recapitulations of payments (payments to employee current accounts, individual payment orders and/or, upon authorization, payment via internet banking)

– Preparation of monthly reports (compilation of prescribed reports and submission of the JOPPD form electronically to the Tax Administration)

– Registration and de-registration of workers (support with registration and de-registration of workers to the Pension Insurance Institute and the Croatian Health Insurance Institute)

– Calculation of royalties, compensation for work contracts, student service contracts, compensation for supervisory board members

Preparation of financial statements

– Creation of accounting policies, in accordance with legal provisions and obligations

– Statutory reporting (annual or quarterly) in accordance with the Accounting Act and other legal regulations (with preparation of financial statements and notes to financial statements and their submission to competent authorities)

– Reporting to the management of the company periodically as agreed, and in accordance with accounting standards

– Creation and verification of credit questionnaires at the client’s request and communication with banks

Administrative (secretarial) services

Administrative services are a part of office operations related to file handling, sorting, recording and searching. Administrative tasks are technical procedures for the organization of documents and auxiliary office tasks that include the entry of files into books, classification, monitoring of incoming and outgoing traffic of files and their storage.

As a part of office operations, administrative services must ensure the orderliness of documents so that they can be used and found more easily, thus enabling easier, faster and safer resolution of the main tasks of a business entity.

You never have to meet us. We can do everything online, even signing the Agreement. In this way, you save your time and therefore money. If you still prefer classic business, we can do that too. We even come to pick up your documentation by appointment.
